We recognise that all blocks are different (in slope, shape, orientation, size, outlook), clients have different family and lifestyle requirements, and their budgets usually vary. Kerdic is fully prepared to alter the designs to suit these considerations.
You may find a design from the standard range to satisfy your needs, or with a little imagination and advice from one of our friendly consultants, you could put a new spin on one of these designs. That's what's so great about building your own home - you get to choose what you like!
Alternatively, we can draw upon the many we have built in the past or produce a totally original design. At the end of the day, you get a design that suits your needs and budget and makes best use of your land.
