Kerdic Homes is a family owned and operated company founded in Queensland in 1988 by Jim and Sandra Dickson. Kerdic Homes was named after Jim’s two grand-fathers, Kerr and Dickson. In addition to Jim and Sandra, Jim’s brother Bruce and sister Gail also play important roles in the company.
Kerdic Homes has over twenty years experience in the building and development industry. During this time Kerdic Homes and its partner company, Dickson Properties Pty Ltd has developed a number of complete projects many of which have presented unique difficulties and called for innovative solutions.
Vision
From concept to completion, Kerdic aims to make the building process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for our clients. We are very proud of what we do and the passion is evident in the calibre of our building quality, finish, designs and lifestyle features, all of which is reflected in the strong resale values of homes built by Kerdic. This passion is part of our culture, where we are not prepared to accept second best.
